The purpose of this study is to determine the influence work engagement and organizational trust by mediating job satisfaction on employee performance during pandemic for employees in public service sector. type research was quantitative. This used primary data with a sample 103 respondents taken from sampling technique purposive sampling. Data collection method distributing questionnaires. Analysis PLS (Partial Least Square) through SEM-PLS software Smart 3.0. results indicate that have significant positive effect employees. Job has satisfaction.
